Photos and feedback from workshop: 16 October 2026

Friday’s Collective Working in the Arts workshop was an opportunity for six brilliantly creative participants to be guided through the consensus method of facilitation to agree potential shared principles for collective working. We used the focus question “What are the key principles for working together well on a collective creative process?” It was great to practice the method again and also think about how to adjust timings for groups of different sizes.

“A wonderful workshop! I have been to a few facilitation workshops this year and I still learned so much! I particularly enjoyed the ebb and flow of working as a whole group and working in pairs and then actively collaborating in a way that really demonstrated the activity - brilliant!” - Workshop participant

“The workshop was fantastic - really helpful, especially as someone new to facilitation… It’s been so helpful learning from each other and sharing” - Workshop participant

“I really enjoyed the workshop… lots of things I can transfer into my new role.” - Workshop participant

“Lovely balance between interaction and creating a creative product from our collective ideas.” - Workshop participant
